Refund and Returns Policy
EASYFLOWERS® is committed to providing the best quality flowers and the finest designs. We understand that the orders you request are very important and should be delivered to the recipient as per your direct specifications.
However, there may be occasions where you have concerns regarding your order. If this were to occur, your happiness is our top priority, so we back every order with our 100% Happiness Guarantee so that you can shop with confidence. If you're ever less than thrilled with your purchase, please contact EASYFLOWERS® on 1300 88 66 44 or via our Contact Us page as quickly as possible after delivery has been made to discuss a favourable resolution to your concerns.
If the complaint is for quality reasons, we request that a photograph of the delivered flowers be submitted to our Complaints Resolution Team. This can be done via your members and goes a long way when approaching the florist for an explanation.
It is a general rule of thumb that flowers should last between 3-7 days. It is suggested that you ensure your flowers get water and are not exposed to elements such as heat in order to prolong their lifespan. Refer to Caring for Flowers for more information.
Please keep any flowers you are not happy with as we may need to have them returned to the florist to assess any problems.We will happily assess any concern you have had with your arrangement at any time after delivery has been made. Due to flowers being of a perishable nature, please contact us within 30 days of your delivery to address any quality concerns you may have with the order.
While we always strive to make sure your order arrives in top condition, EASYFLOWERS® cannot take responsibility for events outside of our control, such as severe weather conditions. In the case of heat and extreme weather if no one is home at the time of delivery and permission is given to leave flowers unattended, EASYFLOWERS® cannot be held responsible for any resulting damage.
Cancellations
If for any reason an order needs to be cancelled and refunded, please contact EASYFLOWERS® as soon as possible.
Cancellations are subject to the following conditions:
- Orders that have already left with our couriers cannot be cancelled.
- Orders that have not yet been prepared by our florists may be cancelled. A $15 cancellation fee applies.
- Orders that have been prepared but have not left with our courier may be cancelled but will incur a cancellation fee equal to the full price of the arrangement less the delivery fee.
Re-Delivery
If a delivery has been attempted unsuccessfully and requires a second or subsequent delivery to be made (eg. You have provided us with an incorrect address) a $19.95 redelivery fee will apply. If EASYFLOWERS® is in any way responsible for the redelivery, this redelivery fee will not apply.
Returns
If we require you to return goods to EASYFLOWERS®, we will arrange for the return shipping costs to be paid by ourselves.
If we cannot deliver a product for any reason, we will arrange for a full refund of the purchase price including shipping costs.
Refunds
Any refunds for orders will be processed immediately and are credited back to the original credit card on which the order was purchased. It may take approximately 5-7 business days for this to show on your statement.
