Order must be received before 2pm Monday - Friday & 10am Saturday
Didn’t have the flowers or the balloon I selected. However they were quick to notify me and reimbursed me immediately for the ballon and substituted the flowers. The recipient loved the flowers that were substituted so that’s the main thing. I would order through them again, purely based on their service.MaryBROOKLYN
