At EASYFLOWERS, it’s our job to help you express, connect and celebrate with the important people in your life and you can continue to count on EASYFLOWERS to safely deliver your messages of love when you need to the most.
We’ve made some changes to help keep everyone that plays a part in our service - you, your loved ones, our staff, florists and drivers - safe during this time.
Limiting contact when delivering orders to your recipients will help keep everyone healthy, so in the interest of safety, your order may be subject to special precautions being implemented for contact-free delivery.
For home deliveries, couriers have been advised to knock so as to announce their arrival, then leave your gift on the doorstep if safe to do so.
For deliveries to a business, hospital, aged care facility and all other location types, couriers have been requested to leave deliveries at reception. We will no longer require a signature upon delivery - the courier will simply record the receivers name and time in which it was received.
By implementing this change we are acting to ensure that we minimise transmission as much as possible, protecting our florists, couriers and your recipients, while still continuing to deliver beautiful flower arrangements to so many Australians that deserve some happiness in their day.
Online communications: Better than ever
In an effort to ensure our call centre staff members remain healthy during the COVID-19 outbreak, we have taken certain precautions including redeploying a number of our phone staff to our online communication services such as online chat, web messaging and email. To avoid longer than average phone queues, we recommend that you take advantage of our enhanced online communication channels.
For new order enquiries, simply send us a message via the Contact Us section of our website or chat to us via our Live Chat feature.
For existing order enquiries, simply Login to your EASYFLOWERS account and send us a query via your online order message board.
Rest assured that our professional and personable online customer service team are standing by to quickly respond to any incoming questions or concerns you may have.
We take our responsibilities of health and safety extremely seriously and in light of the current events, EASYFLOWERS will continue to monitor the situation closely and will adjust our procedures as appropriate.
This is an immensely difficult time for everyone and we want to acknowledge the incredible efforts of our staff, our florists and their couriers who are working hard right now, as well as the doctors and nurses and medical staff on the front lines.
