Question: How do I log in on my first time at EASYFLOWERS?
Answer: On the first occasion you log in, simply type in your email address and choose a password.
This will then be your log in details for any future orders you make with us. You do not need to 'register' first.
Question: Does EASYFLOWERS do
overseas orders?
Answer: No, EASYFLOWERS does not
send orders overseas.
Question: What time will my order be delivered?
Answer: For details refer to 'Delivery
Times'
Question: How soon can I get my flowers delivered?
Answer: EASYFLOWERS can organise same day delivery
for flowers order before 1pm Monday to Friday or before 9am on Saturdays.

Question: Why can't I choose today for delivery ?
Answer: You are able to choose only available delivery dates.
If today is not available then we are not able to deliver your chosen product this soon.
Flower products can be delivered same day if ordered before 1pm local time, other products require more notice.

Question: Will my flowers look like the picture?
Answer: We will do our very best to replicate the flowers as pictured on the website.
If an item is unavailable we will substitute it with another item of similar design, colour, quality and price.

Question: What if no-one is home when my flowers are delivered?
Answer: There is space during the ordering process for you provide any special delivery
instructions and we recommend you use it to provide us with your preferred course of action if no one is
home at the time of delivery. If no one is home and it is not safe to leave the gift at the door we can
arrange to re-deliver the flowers, however this may incur an additional delivery fee.
Question: Is there anywhere you can't deliver?
Answer: EASYFLOWERS can deliver flowers to all major centres
around Australia and most regional ones too.
Of course there are some areas that we cannot deliver flowers to because of their remoteness but even these
can be covered by our non-flower products including our 'chocolate flowers', 'baby gifts' & 'hampers' so no matter
where in Australia your loved one lives we can get a special gift to them.
During the ordering process you will be informed if there are any expected problems with the location you specify for delivery.

Question: Are all prices in Australian Dollars ?
Answer: Yes, however you may use the 'currency converter' to display
the value of a product in your desired currency.
Question: Can I print a tax invoice of my orders?
Answer: Yes. To print a tax invoice simply log in to your account

From there you will be able to print tax invoices for all your orders
Question: Does EASYFLOWERS do
weddings?
Answer: Unfortunately we are not able to organise wedding flowers via the Internet.
A wedding is a very special event that requires more personal one on one service and as such we feel it is better to have the
florist there with you from start to finish.
