There are times however when this is impossible due to various factors including local availability, seasonal variations and local laws (with regard to alcohol). Rather than reducing our product range down to the lowest common denominator we utilise an equitable substitution policy.
If an item is unavailable we will substitute it with another item of similar design, colour, quality and price. For example, if a type of flower is out of season we will substitute it with a similar flower with regard to appearance, colour and price.
When possible we will first endeavour to contact you prior to delivery. Orders received well in advance of their expected delivery date will obviously reduce our need to substitute.
